would you believe i was hit with my 1st stomach virus in YEARS last night - way

to celebrate!!! SO STINKS!!!!

that and a call from doc saying liver and pancreas are a " trace " off and I'm

dehyrated (drinking 7-8 waters a day plus salt pills to retain!)

and once again T3 levels dropping while increasing thyroid meds - so coudn't

picture getting to 2 years when I began and so thought MAYBE I'd be good enough

to re-intro stuff at that point - I MAY try some different yeast stuff but i

have a LOT of issues to work on before I feel the way I thought I would at 2

years in!!!

sorry - not meant to turn anyone away -I am SO much better but have a lot of

issues not just intestinal and it didn't help to hear 1 daughter say " you're

always sick, even if it's not a virus " - my goal was to get back to good old

mom - and it still is my goal - even if it takes a lil longer

so any doubters out there - stick with it!!! and thank you all
