Guest guest Posted January 8, 2010 Report Share Posted January 8, 2010 As someone else wrote recently, I've had a spate of eyelid twitching with an uptick in the muscle fasiculations I get all over. Since I'd been off calcium supplements for months, I was pretty sure that was the culprit. I tried 3 new ones and after a few days of the 3rd, all the twitching disappeared. But I'm not tolerating any of them and run out of ideas. Can't do any dairy or nuts and limited vegs (squashes only). Can't tolerate Calcium citrate, lactate or even the NOW Calcium Carbonate though I usually do OK with NOW supplements. Any one have any other creative ideas, my muscles are starting to twitch again and I surely don't want my heart to start ! I know that it's been often said that bone broth has calcium in it, but does anyone actually *know* this for a fact, has it ever been tested, or is that a presumption since it is made from bones ?
