Every thing looks good, but could you not eat after dinner that would really help or have something like SF Jello, SF popsicles or lowfat yogurt, I believe they would be better for you than popcorn. Did you exercise and what was it? If not what was you reason? Not trying to get on you to hard, but you need to think about these things.
