7AM: protein bar

8AM: HM cappuchino with sf syrup

10AM:began water

12NOON: 1.5 cups menudo

100: water

300: 4 squares graham crackers, one string cheese

400: water

600: 3oz tri tip and 1/4 cup refried beans

800: HM decaf cappuchino, 1 cup popcorn

This was for Thursday, how many calories. Every thing looks good, but could you not eat after dinner that would really help or have something like SF Jello, SF popsicles or lowfat yogurt, I believe they would be better for you than popcorn. Did you exercise and what was it? If not what was you reason? Not trying to get on you to hard, but you need to think about these things. Donna Diane Duenas wrote:
