So far today: Protein Bar: 230 calories 20 g protein Decaf Latte made with one cup nonfat milk....90 calories Lunch will be: 2oz tri tip, 1/4 cup no fat refried beans I will give you calories on that after I go to fitdayDonna Jordon wrote: , I e-mailed you last night calories and exercise for yesterday?
