Sounds like that is a good plan, just don't forget if you exercise also. At Richmond you were suppose to give up the caffeine, I believe it makes a difference. Good Luck. Keep up the good work. DonnaLucia wrote:

I wish you the best, drink plenty of water and flush everything out. I believe

in you that you can get that date on your next appt. Let us know how it goes.
