Guest guest
Luci, Sounds like that is a good plan, just don't forget if you exercise also. At Richmond you were suppose to give up the caffeine, I believe it makes a difference. Good Luck. Keep up the good work. Reading thru these message and the people I have talked to at bariatrics meeting, it is the same story about being struck at that one important criteria. I am also amoung those many who have not reached that %10 - have been under and back up again to where I am at now .9 of a pound to goal (that is 9 tens of a pound) Had my weight in at Richmond this morning and when I asked if they are really going to count a .9 of a pound they said YES - Kaiser did make me an appt. with my Case Manager (again) this coming Tuesday, but if the .9 pounds is not gone by then - my appointment will be cancelled. So my plan is to just eat protein, veggie and some friut; drink my water and slow down on the coffee.>>Hopefully this will do the trick and on Tuesday I will get my surgery date...and maintain that goal weight plus lose more.LuciDonna JordonDSJordon@... Guest guest
Good Luck Lucia, I wish you the best, drink plenty of water and flush everything out. I believe in you that you can get that date on your next appt. Let us know how it goes.
