Protein Bar: 230 cal

HM Latte: approx 100 cal(due to the nonfat milk)

Lunch: tri tip, and broccoli salad from Claim Jumpers..surprise

supervisor lunch. It was a tri tip dip sandwich with a fresh broccoli

salad(grapes,broccoli,carrots,dressing) I set aside half the sandwich

and half the salad to take home. I opened up the sandwich and only ate

the meat,cheese and onion from inside and discarded the bread,and ate

half the broccoli salad which constituted about a quarter of a cup. I

dont know how many calories that was,but feel I made good choices.

I will have the leftovers for dinner tonight.

Still no Starbucks, and no caffeine. I have a raving headache but if I

can ride it out, half the battle is won.
