Guest guest
HI Ron, I actually find the taste quite nasty but I cook it for my husband and it makes him happy. It remind me of the time I went to my mother-in-laws house and she was cooking kidneys and she asked me If I liked them. Well just the idea was enough to gross me out but she stuck a piece in my mouth and you can just imagine what it tasted like. That was something I never forgot and it was over 20 years ago As for myself I am doing OK. I have had a whole slew of tests run to find out why I had the pain in my side and stomach and my liver function tests coming back all whacko or the fever that I had. All of the tests have come back negative which is good in one way because I know for a fact that I have a very small stomach but bad because they don't know why I got so sick and ended up in the hospital for four days. I have one more test the doctor wants to do because now I am anemic and it is the one I am not looking forward to but it is inevitable because even my PCP wanted me to do it over a year ago but just put it off. I figure that if Martha can do it so can I. Other than that I am doing good. It is so good to see that you are doing such good progress on the amount of weight that you have to lose. I always found it so amazing and I still do when I can do something that couple of years ago I would have found it impossible. I is that simple thing like bending over to tie my shoe or pick up something that fell to the floor. Sitting in a chair and finding it comfortable. There are some many simple thing for you to look forward to doing again. So keep up the good work. Ramona
Guest guest
Ramona, Sorry to hear how sick you've been. I had that test done, you'll be fine. Hope they figure out what's going on with the pain and all. We all worry, you're in my thoughts and prayers, get well soon.
