Guest guest
I posted it!!! I did pretty good. No caffeine. I got in probally 32 oz of water. But no calorie counts. Sorry. I danced with the kids at school for 40 minutes...it was really fun. Then I came home and rearranged the living room so its easier for me to get my exercise in. Ok food wise: Protein Bar: 230 HM Latte: approx 100 cal(for the nonfat milk) Lunch: Surprise Site Supervisor Lunch at Claim Jumpers. I had the tri tip dip sandwich with a small broccoli salad. I set aside half the sandwich and salad. Then I ate only the inside of the other half, discarding the bread. Of the half portion of salad, I ate about half of that. Dinner: same as lunch(I ate my leftovers) 830: HM Latte(see above) Huggles > > , > Where's your full report for Friday, Nov.4th? Did you exercise? Did you stay on track with the food? Guest guest
Dear Friends This Sunday on ABC at 7pm is a show I would like you to watch, It is called Extreme Makeover Home Edition. This particular episode was filmed in Fairfield and I was lucky enough to be a volunteer on the show and be one of the " blue team" the blue tee shirt hard hat workers ( except i never wore the hard hat) The Tom family was a good choice and is a well deserving family in fact a few years ago there was a documentary film made about them called something like Flesh and Blood, so when I found out it was that family it made it even more meaningful to help out. The reason this request that you watch this show is important to me is because of the transformation my life has gone through in the last year. As most of you know I had gastric bypass surgery last Feb and since my journey began at 283 pounds to date I am now down to 165 pounds with only 20 left to go. One of the great things this surgery has done for me is to make me healthier and has helped me to feel better about myself and happier with myself. At 283 pounds I never would of considered applying to be a volunteer for something like this. I would of felt too tired and fear of being rejected or not selected because of my weight. So I am hoping that you can share in my excitement that i had in helping this family and the fun i had in being a part of the " blue team" It is possible you might see me i a scene here or there but don't count on it. We had to sign contracts that we would not look into the camera and that we would not talk to the stars and we would not take pictures while we were on duty. The day of the reveal of the house to the Tom Family I was right there right next to the bus in the front row, had Ty squirt me with the fire hose ( it was 104), I was so considerate of others getting water, i had not taken any for myself and guess what I had to leave my great front row place due to heat stroke, now yes i missed out on being right in front, but the attention of several male paramedics and fireman wasn't all that bad ( LOL) So if you have the time it would be nice if you could watch the show and learn about this family and also pay a little tribute to me and celebrate the good feelings and joy that i was able to capture from the experience. It airs this Sunday night the 6Th at 7pm. Thanks, Colleen Colleen Donna Jordon wrote: , Where's your full report for Friday, Nov.4th? Did you exercise? Did you stay on track with the food?
