Green beans are definitely much easier to digest than dried beans.

I can't touch dried beans, no matter how soft I cook them. But I eat a lot of

green beans, cooked of course. Unlike some others in this group, I can't touch

french-style green beans without suffering severe upper GI reactions (too much

fiber apparently), but other kinds are tolerated well, from my first week on

SCD.
