Ok, excused gone...crib moved out of the middle of the living room

and Im back on the treadmill. First time in about a month!! I got

in 45 minutes at 3.4 mph.

My plan for today

Breakfast: protein bar(230 cal)

Mid AM: Decaf coffee with nondairy creamer and sf syrup(45cal)

Lunch: Catered celebration luncheon at work. I dont know what is

being served but I will make good choices.

Mid PM: protein shake(130 cal)

Dinner: hardboiled egg, string cheese, lo carb yogurt

Before Bed: HM latte or hot protein(chocolate whey)

Okay Missy. Sounds good what you are having. Here

goes:

4:30 - 100 cal EAS Sport Carb Control Protein Drink

3:30 - 1.5 mile on treadmil

8:00 - 100 Cal EAS Sport Carb Control Protein Drink

1:00 - Oriental Chicken Salad (no olives, only

chicken, lettuce (no oriental noodles) and very little

dressing (I don't care for dressing) - No sure of

calories

4:00 - 100 Cal EAS Sport Carb Control Protein Drink

6:00/6:30 - broiled chicken breast w/melted cheese

(maybe some lettuce with a teaspoon of mild salsa).

This is a great plan, stay on track and get that exercise in. You go girl!!!!!!!! As far as yesterdays eating and exercising I only saw breakfast and the egg was fine, but skip that french toast and syrup you don't need the carbs..... Today's menu sounds fine. I'm watching you.
