Here is a link to an interesting paper published by the Public Health

Forum out of GW University....compliments of Hochron at the Office

of Special Populations. Regretfully it does not acknowledge the

significance of the Migrant HEalth Program as a part of the history of

the evolution of community health, however, there is significant value
