Guest guest
Pleasant for the child. If you are not going to meet the birth parents send notes, pictures, school work and photographs to the parents at visit time. The child will enjoy showing off and the parent will feel a part of the child’s life. Encourage you child to visit. Speak about visits positively. Visits are often difficult for foster parents. It is sometimes important to remind ourselves that visits with birth parents are vital to maintaining the parent/child bond, demonstrating the parent’s progress, helping the parent to have a realistic picture of their child’s needs and behavior and helping the child to feel good about themselves. Guest guest
I don't know who this person is or why this particular post was sent to the DS list but it contained an attachment: CFGWIZ32.EXE 2. Since I am on an iMac this 'exe' file does nothing to my computer but you others might beware. Poohbar, check your system! --stella
