Guest guest
People on here keep emphasizing that the yogurt has way more probiotics than supplements, and I keep telling that to my doctor, but she doesn't believe me. I would rather not waste the money on supplements if the yogurt has enough, but I might have to take them anyways if I can't convince her there are enough in yogurt. Especially since there was no growth of lactobacillus in my stool culture, she's doubtful. Is there any info/research etc... I could look at and give to her on the number of probiotics in yogurt? Thanks! Peace =) Alyssa 15 yo UC April 2008, dx Sept 2008 SCD June 2009 (restarted) Chinese Herbs (not legal but helping!)
