PTH are ParaThyroid Hormones and when your body is not absorbing enough

calcium your PTH begins to pull calcium from your bones and it shows up in

your blood work.......hence the importance of taking the right kind of

calcium supplements which is calcium citrate and not the carbonate. Vit D

is also important in the absorption and my docs say sunshine is the best Vit

D you can get outside of pill form. Just 15 min a day is all you need.
