WOOOHOOOO 159.0...........thats about 3.5 pounds off my regain!!!

Still going strong on my Starbucks, but I had weird dreams last

night of ordering them. I kept ordering a frap but never got it. LOL

Im all set for today.

Breakfast: protein bar

HM latte

In a cooler to go:

one hard boiled egg, one string cheese, and one locarb yogurt

water

Also taking a thermos of decaf coffee!!!

Good for you! Your plan sounds like it will work perfectly. Funny about the dream. At least it ended well with you not getting the starbucks. :)

Saturday went really well, planning ahead was just what I needed to

do. I stayed on plan and am very proud of myself. LOL

Today has gone well, we went out to breakfast and I had a salad and

the top part of an eggs benedict(threw away the english muffin. For

lunch I had a sf latte. Dinner will be some roast and veggies.

I found out that I need to really really watch labels DUH! I bought

some sugar free white chocolate sauce(not syrup) at Smart and Final.

I came home and had a HM Latte(still no starbucks!) it was soooo

good. Well, then I had another one. THEN I checked the label...it is

80 cal a serving!! So with the milk its 160 cal latte!! YIKES !!

So, since I now have a jug of it...it will be my once a week

treat...not a daily thing.

You have really gotten back on top of things. This is so good, keep up the great work. I don't think you need me to check you all the time, your doing great. I am here if you need me.
