Guest guest
I am having problems with the diet. The first time I went on the diet about ten years ago I had no problems and went into remission. Now, I get days where I am short of breath and my heart and pulse race out of control. I went to the hospital and they ran all tests and said everything was fine. Usually it happens for a few days then goes away. A week ago, it continued for seven days. After trying to up my vitamins, electrolytes, water....almost everything I could think of I caved and ate rice with my dinner. The next morning all my symptoms were gone and I was almost back to my normal energy. Any suggestions?

It sounds to me as if you are not eating enough foods with proper carbohydrates in them. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
