Guest guest
Shirly the only places we hear of doing fresh bxs are Shoffner, Cohen and San Diego (I forget his name). Shoffner explained at the UMDF conf I went to that they lose a lot of information in the first hour if it is frozen. When you get a fresh bx they read some of it fresh and freeze the rest for other mito complexes...Complex I which is the most common mito dx is seen best and most often in that first hour, which is why you get so many false negative frozen bxs. As everyone knows by now...I am a huge advocate of doing a fresh the first time! Can you get to Cleaveland or Atlanta? Its worth fighting for in my opinion! deb...mom to three great kids and wife to one amazing guy!http://www.lifeofloveproject.org/http://www.heartliftersgallery.com/ Crazy Lizzies!! PURSES!
