Guest guest
Hi, Alyssa. I noticed below that you indicated you're using chinese herbs. May I ask what herbs you're using? Thanks in advance. :-) To: BTVC-SCD Sent: Fri, January 15, 2010 3:07:03 PMSubject: Re: Re: Nuts and symptoms Do you have a recipe for your homemade italian dressing. I've been using olive oil and red wine vinegar and am getting very bored with it. I usually do about 1 part olive oil, 1 part ACV and a few squirts of lemon juice. I then mince a few cloves of garlic, usually about 3 cloves to every cup of dressing I'm making, and mush it in with some salt with the back of a spoon. Sometimes I'll shake in some oregano too, and maybe some basil, to give it an italian-ish flavor. I'm not really sure, to be honest. I'm going to a Chinese doctor who moved here from China and has been in practice 40 years. He helped a women with IBS who was a prisoner in her home for years "get a new life" through herbs and acupuncture, and he seems very confident he can help me. Needless to say, I trust him, although the herbs he gives me are in boxes that are all written on in Chinese, so I'm not sure what they are. I've gone from crampy, bloody D at least 4 times a day to one formed or 'mashed potatoes' BM a day, so I'm pretty satisfied with them so far =) Peace =)Alyssa 15 yoUC April 2008, dx Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)Chinese Herbs (not legal but helping!)
