I had 2 massive flares around the 3 or 4 year mark. 100% legal too.

Unfortunately I don't have any advice because I never did figure out what

happened but I wanted to let you know I had something similar happen.

IHi Dana,My son (Crohn's) just got over a flare after 7 yrs on SCD. He went back to the intro diet and is now fine after one week. So I think you have a good plan!Feel better,Pat
