Guest guest
LOL Donna, I had to crack up when I read this email. Saturday was great and so was Sunday. Drunk a lot of liquid though and that is always a plus (TOM on Wednesday). I am happy Donna. Very happy. I am out of that funk. I suppose a little exercise goes a long way because I feel great. I am having three protein shakes a day and salad (oriental Chicken Salad-very little dressing because I hate dressing). My meals are pretty boring as I don't like a variety of stuff. I did have some chilly (that microwave kind that is in the little cup for dinner (made by hormel) last night and I had lasagna for lunch(minus the noodles-I picked out the meat and cheese and sauce). The only bad thing I did was ate too many sugar free popcycles and I know it was because it is TOM in two days but I should have exercised more restraint. I could erase that with well its better than chocolate or something else worse but I am not going to say that. I acknowledge it and pressing on. Thanks again Donna. Guest guest
Pam Marsh It is so true though even if you over do some with the SF popsicles they are only 15 calories for one stick, where as if you over do with cookies or chocolate you really mess up. That's why if it's TOM I do this, and if I really need chocolate, that use to be a big down fall before WLS at TOM, now I have 2 sticks of SF Fudge popsicle to take the edge off and stay at the 1000-1200 calories so I'm still losing. So even though Dr Fisher said stay away from SF stuff because we could over use, that's better than sugar stuff. Remember to read labels though some SF stuff have lots of calories. You really need to count the calories to keep the weight coming off, I count mine every day. You take care, I am so happy things are good for you, and me too at this time, always enjoy the good we never know when the stress will be back. I hope Robynn is doing good too. Take care.
