bread? I'm casein intolerant-what can I use

instead?

I would substitute something like an equal amount of baked and drained

butternut squash for the DCCC.

The egg is the primary binder.

I make two different kinds of bread -- one is the Lois Lang bread, which

uses the DCCC, and the other uses cheddar cheese.

Part of it is a binder and part of it is a flavoring and texture

agent.
