I had them deny due to being out of network. I wonder where they

expect me to go. I want the ds as I drink lits of water and eat fast.

I worry about food getting lodged. I drank alot of water when I was

skinny. Cant live without it. Does anyone have letters for approval

to view. I have five children that need me.
