Guest guest
I have posted here before, about my daughter Kierra. She is 9 and on TPN, numberous GI problems, evelated PT and PTT levels and now has an illeus in her intestines. On July 21 in CHP she had a muscle and skin biopsy done. The muscle biopsy came back inconclusive and we are waiting for the skin. The doctors are stumped and they are sending us to either Philly, Ohio. Kierra has really good days and some pretty bad ones too. I just need some hope. No one knows what is wrong with her. Tests after tests for almost 3 years. Kierra was a healthly normal child until she got a strep infection that caused her gi tract to shut down. Now she is always in the hospital. She won't drink, eats only small amounts. I am just lost. I would love some help. kaempf10670@... If you are still around, Malisa I would love to talk to you. Kaempf
Guest guest
, my heart aches for you. I'm sorry the tests are inconclusive and hope that changes soon. Meantime, I hope your medical team is giving you the support you need. Mimi to Nikki, 10.
Guest guest
, There is a new fellow working under Dr. Cohen at Clevelan Clinic. His name is Dr. Parikh. You could get an appt with him pretty quickly.
