So did I Rose. I am having a very bad day and it got me to laugh a bit. Glad you caught it too!! They have not really had a sarcoidosis one have they? I have been watching them on netflix while I was off work for the past 2 months and have not seen an episode yet that had sarcoid as the episode, just mentioned.

For those of you who aren't watching "House" tonight, when he & his team first started investigating a case, he told them to "Round up the usual suspects--amyloidosis, sarcoidosis. Heck, go wild, do all the osises." I cracked up.

Rose, yup, as soon as they mentioned calcification around the heart I said , Yup, they'll be mentioning sarc soon. Only 7 minutes this episode. We time it to see how soon it will be mentioned...lol. Interesting episode as always. hugs S.Rose wrote: For those of you who aren't watching "House" tonight, when he & his team first started investigating a case, he told

I don't think so, Kat, though I've missed a few episodes. A couple of times I've thought for sure this would be the time, but it's always something else. Have you noticed that this "crack team" can never do a surgery or even a minor procedure without the patient having a seizure, cardiac arrest or puking blood?

Yes, I have. I suppose they figure that it adds more to the plot. I use to have a hard time getting into him and his character but when I had my major attack in January it helped make me laugh a lot instead of crying.

Right now I am having one hell of a time just getting out of bed to go to work every day since my solu medrol treatment on Friday. I just want to sleep and my muscles are acting up big time and fatigue. But at least that program gets me to think about something else and gets me to laugh.

Hope you have a good week.

Yes, I agree with you . I could not believe it when my daughter was having a hard time with my disease being made up. She works in a lab and the techs were telling her that it was a made up disease. How I wish. Then maybe I would not and others would not be going through this.

Thanks for the info. I never saw that program.

Rose, Kat, etc., I watched a show about House and the director said they would always have to have some fall-back diseases but the show would never be on those. I believe he mentioned lupus, lymphoma, and sarcoidosis. They will always get alot of mention though but aren't considered weird enough. They sure do have some weird scenarios of diseases, etc. I am just happy it gets mentioned alot. Maybe those who believe it is a made-up disease could take a hint if it's listed up there with lymphoma and lupus which are pretty serious diseases. love the show though hugs S.Rose wrote: I don't think so, Kat, though I've missed a few episodes. Rose, I saw that, and he is great. But now I don't like that girl dr., b/c she was so mean to her "boyfriend". What a bitch!,,LOL LynneRose wrote: For those of you who aren't watching "House" tonight, when he & his team first started investigating a case, he told them to "Round up the usual

I love House. He's just so cranky and funny. My kids watch him now too and wait for the inevitable sarcoidosis referral that comes up in many episodes. I think it helps them to realize that there is something more to my illness than being tired and achy most of the time. Bonnie BSee what's free at AOL.com.
