Guest guest
Today Kaiser had a Independent Medical Review. Since they had denied my surgery. I also sent in all of the information to the State trying to get this overturned. BMI 39.9 Urinary Stress Incontinence, Arthritis in my back and DDD. I'm hoping for good news. I understand that the State goes by the National Health Institutes's criteria. They also told me that if it is overturned by them, that they don't require the 10% weight loss!! Any info on that? My husband had 2 heart attacks last month, 9 stents put in. He had a double by-pass about 7 years ago. We just celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary. My husband is 59 and I'm 46. This scared him enough to stop smoking!!!! YEAH!!!! He is not over weight and his cholesterol is not high, accept his good cholesterol is very high...I give up???? Thanks for listening!! Yahoo! Guest guest
I hope this gets turned over for you to be able to have the WLS. What is DDD? I hope your husband is doing better, and I am so happy for you and him that he quit smoking. We never know why life brings us a lot of miss haps, just have to do our best for our health. It's 3:20 am Tuesday, I've been having chonic pain tonight from my Fybomialgia and I can't sleep, so thought I'd do e-mails. I won't be able to exercise with this pain in my right leg and left shoulder, never know where the pain will be in my body with this disease or when it will be chonic. Just have to live with some things and do the best we can. Your in my thoughts and prayers. Let us know how things are going. It's good to hear from you.
