Guest guest
Just want to share that, lately when I buy any kinds of leafy greens to cook, I wash and prepare them for steaming right after I get home from the store. Then, I steam them for about ten minutes and then put them in individual containers that are both freezer and oven safe and freeze them until time to use. When I'm ready to eat them, I just put them in the oven or in my cast iron skillet on the stove, warm and eat. This saves time over having to clean the steamer and steam them each time I'm going to cook greens.
