Quickie question

I'm using the Freeda SCD Multivitamin. It says that the serving size is 3

pills per day but Lucy's Kitchen Shop says that Elaine's recommended dosage was

1 per day. I'd certainly *like* to only take one per day but I wouldn't want to

shortchange myself :P. What do you suppose the right dose is? For the record,

I'm currently taking the 3 without problems (other than swallowing those rough

buggers).

:)

Hi Eileen,

Why is that? Doesn't taking only one mean we only get 1/3 of the amount of

nutrients? Is there a specific reason we should only have 1?

I'm not a great swallower either. I've been swallowing with juice and

carbonated water but it's beginning to get difficult again. I think it works

best when I'm swallowing with something thicker like a green smoothie.

just what Elaine suggested - i guess if we have a well balanced diet and we're

absorbing that's all we need to supplement with? my doc agrees with 1 as well -

chewings not SO bad the B is worse lol
