Guest guest
For me the milk is hard, hate it. So I cook with it, or I drink it 10mins before I eat. You should try to keep it seperate, and practice on eating and drinking not together. I find it stil feels like part of the meal 10mins before if you drink your milk. Yogurt is fine, it's on the list, but i'm not sure there is enough calcium in the pudding. Might wanna put a message in or call the nutitionist. > > Could someone please help me witht the meal plan that was given to us > at oreintation. Guest guest
I hate milk too. I use soy milk instead. I was told it was ok. It is not my favorite, but it is better than the cow juice. I like the silk enriched best, because it has anti-oxidans in it as well, but that would be a tast thing. > > > > Could someone please help me witht the meal plan that was given to us > > at oreintation. Guest guest
Thank you Donna any advice helps. Donna Jordon wrote: I agree the milk issue is weird. I some times wanted milk because I use to have milk at my meals, but when I started the 1200 calories diet I would have the milk before so I had enough time at least 10 minutes or more before eating and that made me not miss it with my meals. I still incorporated the learning skills of not drinking with meals. I guess you could use it in something you where cooking, if you are making Mashed potatoes (you can have potato, margarine and LF milk) it's a very small portion and it counts as a bread, fat and LFmilk, so yes you can use it for cooking, just make sure that what your cooking has all the ingredients on your 1200 calorie plan and you use the right amount. I looked and SF Pudding is not on there, so it should not be used now. I hope this helps. Donna wrote: Could someone please help me witht the meal plan that was given to us at oreintation.
