Thanks robynn and Barbara, I will work a little harder. I love working

out in my pool and I really push those aerobics but I think a walk

would help. I have pain in my hips when I walk so I don't do it very

often but I should anyway. I am learning about fitday now and I am

very exact. I even eat more when I discover I am way under. But I am

careful. I will drink more. that is very hard for me. Lilka
