Guest guest
I have made it through 16 days without a Starbucks! But for some reason, today the craving is worse than its ever been. I want one sooo bad. Then a co worker who is also is also craving offered to buy if I went and got them. Then she realized how she was tempting me and said NO I take that back, Im not gonna be the reason you fell off the wagon. So I went and made myself a protein shake. I keep telling myself that the six pounds Ive lost since giving them up is so much better than the guilt or the taste of a frap is worth. Im NOT giving in, Im NOT giving in, Im NOT giving in!! Ok...I think I can handle this now. Time has passed when I had a window of opportunity to leave work and get one!! Huggles
Guest guest
You can do it . Who wants all those stinkin calories anyway? Just think of all the FAT in it. Think of putting that back into your body - you don't want that! You can make it!! Guest guest
Congratulations! Take heart , you are almost done. When you are trying to break a bad habit it gets much worse right before it gets better. It's like when you have a car that won't start. You turn the key and nothing happens, then you do it again like normal and usually you do more forcefully and then give up. If you want to get all technical about it it's called an extinction burst in behavioral psych. If you stick it out through this it will get much better. I'm going through the same thing right now with Pepsi. Sheltie Pam OMG the craving is soooo bad today I have made it through 16 days without a Starbucks! Guest guest
I hope you made it without Starbucks yesterday, and hope you stay on track. You'll feel better when the weight is back to your lowest. Hang in there, or do I have to start watching you again? Donna Diane Duenas wrote: I have made it through 16 days without a Starbucks!
