It's almost here - Surgery, Monday morning, 11/21, Richmond, Dr. Baggs,

LAP RNY

Gulp...

I haven't posted much in the past, but read whenever I can. I'm so

impressed by everyone and now my time has come.

I'm actually more impatient than nervous at this point. I was

originally scheduled for the 16th, but got bumped back by the

department.

Thanks,

H

--- Way to go ! I was just there with Dr. Baggs on Nov. 7th.

Everything went really well and I am feeling great. I know how

impatient you feel to get the show on the road so to speak. I'm so

happy you are nearly there. Keep in touch.

Congratulations. I had Lap with Dr Baggs at Richmond, April 11th 2005. He's a great surgeon. Can't wait to welcome you to the other side. Keep us posted. Donna-

Between vigorous workouts 4-5 times a week and religiously

chronicling every bite I ate with Fitday, I was able to drop 68 lbs.

in 18 weeks. I'm motivated and pretty much ready for Monday morning.

I'll toast your 50th with some sips of broth and certainly hope you

indulge in something more fun and substantial!

Cheers!

You did great on the weight lose. You'll do get with the motivation you have once the surgery is done. I lost 42 in 20 weeks before surgery, and then from April 11th to Sept 6th I lost 78 more which put me at goal 150, then the weight lose slowed soooooo much but I'm 140 and holding, wanting to be 135 my low side of weight, when I get there I will have lost 135 (half of me). I work out 5-7 days a week, my norm lately has been 6 days, I really enjoy it. My work outs are stretches, leg lifts, crunches and walking, that's the best I do for having Fybromialgia and Arthritis but exercising has made them feel better. You keep up the good work and after you get to the other side on Monday, you'll be hitting goal before you know it. You take care and want to her from you how you're doing when you get home.
