What exactly are you craving? Certain vegetables? Meats? Throw whatever you like/can eat -- either only veggies or vegggies and meat chunks too -- that you think goes together into a saute pan/wok with some grape seed oil or olive oil (and add a bit of butter as well for some extra flavor), season it, and ... I stir fry chicken or shrimp in regular sesame oil, ginger, and garlic, then add bok choy or other assorted vegetables.
