Guest guest
Good Morning: I have two quick questions 1. My surgeon is Dr. Li. Does anyone have any information or input? 2. Am I the only one who can no longer watch Food Network? My wife had it on yesterday and I had to leave the room. It may not seem like a big deal, but my wife and I would watch that stupid channel for hours, now I guess I will have to find something else to do with my wife. We took a walk together and that was good too. 3. I have had some numbness in my legs when I go to bed, it usually goes away after I get up, but also comes up when I walk sometimes. Any ideas? Thanks for any input, and I have really enjoyed reading the posts. I want to answer everyone, but NO ONE needs to hear that much from me. Guest guest
I don't know Dr Li, sorry I can't help you with #1. You're right you shouldn't watch the Food Network. A new interest for you and your wife is much better than food. Walking is great. Do it in different places. Go to the beach, go to a mall, work your neighbor hood, go to craft fairs, try to think of places you and your wife like together and enjoy spending time away from the house. As far as your legs your weight probably is causing these problems, but to make sure you need to tell your doctor and make sure there's nothing else going on. If it's just due to weight then the walking will help you. I have a lot of trouble with my legs, I have Fybromialgia and Arthritis and even with all the weight off they still hurt me, but the exercising on a regular basis really helps. You take care. Hope this helps. Donna wrote: Good Morning: I have two quick questions1. My surgeon is Dr. Li. Does anyone have any information or input? 2. Am I the only one who can no longer watch Food Network?
