After a few weeks hovering and disappointing me, the weight is beginning to drop again. That means I only have about 5 more pounds to go before I reach goalthe Richmond goal. I will tell you what I have done to make this happen. #1 Wait and have patience and try not to get too discouraged. #2 Exercise 5-10 minutes longer than usual. #3 Drink more water. I am up sometimes 5 times a night which I hate but since I upped the water, the pounds have begun to drop. YEA!!!!! I also have kept a careful food log on FIT Day and read your messages a few times a day. This makes the process much more fun and helps me to pass time when it is very hard. Thanks everyone. Hang in there and before you know it you will be at goal and surgery will be here, then we will welcome you to the other side. Congratulations on the great job you're doing.
