Hey Dama, Sorry Im just getting back to you now.. Well according to my nana, the ruda helps bring down the swelling and helps numb it a bit.. I cant really tell you how or why it works, but thank God it does.. If you can also find it there is an herb called arnica. This stuff is also great.. I know it sounds silly but these herbs are miraculous.. I really hope they help..
