That's great!

How did you pack and transport everything?

caribbean vacation with my hubby and I cooked in advance everything from crepes,

to pancakes to dinners with a protein and 2 cooked vegis for sides...it worked

out amazing! We ate dinner warmed up by the chef at pool side every night and I

even gave them my scd yogurt and they made fruit shakes for me at the pool!

it took about 2 months for me to consistently see that and that vacationing can

still be possible and fun! (albeit more work before you leave...its still worth

it!)

How do you transport yogurt and all that food on a flight?

To those curious how I got all that food on flight. I lined a suitcase with

clean garbage bags to protect it and almost all the food was frozen and wrapped

in ziplocks and it came perfect. The yogurt was in a plastic 2lb. container that

I put into a ziplock and then put it into a small backpack cooler with an

icepack. It didn't leak a bit in flight and I even took leftovers home.

It was hard work before but it was definitely worth it!

I don't recall -- was this your carry-on bag, or did you check your food

bag?
