Guest guest
Cary Not sure anyone has answered your question yet... There are many legal vitamins and mineral supplements available. Kirkman Labs and Freeda are two companies that make legal ones, but there are others. I'm not familiar with prenatal -- can you post the list of ingredients? I couldn't find an ingredient list in my quick check online. With any supplement you just have to scrutinize the list of ingredients, look at both the active and non-active ingredients. There is a helpful list of supplement legal and illegal ingredients at www.pecanbread.com I keep a copy of the list with me when I shop locally or online and check the ingredients, although I've memorized most of them. I haven't found a legal multivitamin in my local stores, so I've been using Kirkman Labs vitamins and minerals (and L. Acidophilus) for six years. Freeda vitamins were too high a dose for my body to tolerate. I do check the ingredients every time I purchase, since companies change their formulas often, and the companies offer versions that do contain illegals. We just have to be aware of the ingredients in anything we buy. Kim M. SCD 6 years >>>>>>>>>>>>> Also a side question... are the perry prenatal vitamins still legal? I read somewhere that the kirkman vitamins weren't legal anymore. Are the freeda prenatals legal. They aren't listed under SCD products. Thanks!!Cary
