I just recently went on caribbean vacation with my hubby and I cooked in advance everything from crepes, to pancakes to dinners with a protein and 2 cooked vegis for sides...it worked out amazing! We ate dinner warmed up by the chef at pool side every night and I even gave them my scd yogurt and they made fruit shakes for me at the pool! I just wanted to share first of all that I've been feeling great, even though it took about 2 months for me to consistently see that and that vacationing can still be possible and fun!
