Hey Guys,

Just wanted to say Hi. I had to have a bone scan today because I have been having rib pain again. For those of you who know me, I had one back in 99 and though I had "spots" on my ribs they considered them old fractures.

Today, I had to have some additional xrays to go with the bone scan of my left scapula. I wonder what excuse they are going to have this time for the "spots". I hate this waiting and once again I know there will be an excuse . It can't possibly sarcoid induce arthritis - that is what I will hear.

I am so sick of this crap I could scream. But I won't - I will give the radiologist and my doctor the opportunity to redeem themselves. Well, enough of that crap. I will keep going as usual but from experience I don't expect much.

Thanks.

Terry scream as loud as you want, we understand we'e all been there,

so let it be loud and long. I have had this NS since 1971. I've

sreamed many times. It also makes me feel better and alive.

Yeah, my bone scan found a fracture of my left foot was still

fractured. They found a recently fractured rib (from a massage no

less) and some sort of joint damage in my right foot. They figure some

of the damage is sarcoidosis but a bone biopsy (any biopsy for that

matter) has been ruled out as too dangerous. I hope the remicade will

stop these problems from occurring.

Terri,

I was just wondering about your rib pain because I have been telling

my doctor for about four months that I have right rib pain and he

just doesn't think anything about it. I told him I was having neck

and back pain also and he did nothing. He said I slept on my neck

wrong or something. I told him it has been for about three months.

I took it upon myself to see a neurologist and he did a MRI of the

cervical spine which showed many lesions. My doctor just said well

we found the sarcoid in a new place. I have it in my lungs, spleen,

brain (over 20 lesions) and spine. He really does not care to check

out where else it is. I just wish he would listen. Thanks Terri.

Lori,

Sorry you are going through all of this and I wish he would listen. I

am familiar with the not listening. Just keep telling them and maybe

one of them will listen. I am not sure what else to say except I will

say a prayer for one of them to help you.
