The SECRET is wonderful. I've watched the movie a couple of times now, and have read the book. I'm actually going to be doing some guided meditations and visualizations for a small spiritual growth group I've connected with. We'll be doing a labyrinth walk soon- and are getting ready to study up on the process before we actually do the walk. It's a really awesome place, the Center for Spiritual Awareness hosts it, and it's alongside a man-made lake in a beautiful part of Chico, Calif.

It's fun, the group is 6 women, all about 70-- except me-- and I'm the kid at 50.

Changing our support groups when you can no longer work, often times results in our getting to hang with the "sages" of life!

When all else fails, one foot in front of the other, repeated time and again-- works.
