CA Vacation Spot: fully catered to SCD diet

Gang,

I had an excellent SCD/cross-country ski vacation in California's Southern

Sierra Nevada Mountains at Rock Creek Lodge.

In the winter, breakfast and dinner are included in a night's stay

($150/adult/night). The chef fully catered to my SCD requirements...oh, so

gourmet! I cried after the first meal (see menu here:

http://tinyurl.com/yzcvvje) it was so yummy and the flavors complex.

I couldn't get over how relaxed I was...imagine 5 whole days of NOT COOKING and

getting 100% SCD safe **gourmet** meals. HEAVEN!!!

One caveat: we went early in the season...the first two days my husband and I

were the ONLY guests. It is possible with a full house it would be tough for

them to cater to SCD. But call/email and ask.

That's awesome. I just had an experience close but not quite as gourmet at the

JW Marriot in Grand Rapids, MI. Chef rocked!!!
