Goat milk yogurt

FYI: You know the way our yogurt comes out really watery when made from goat's

milk? Well, I switched brands and it came out no thinner than cow's milk

yogurt! I usually use Meyenberg " ultra-pasteurized " and it comes out really

thin. When I tried Trader Joe's Summerhill it's thicker. and I just tried

Redwood Hill Farm -- it's even thicker, like sour cream. I also increased the

amount of starter a bit, but I don't know if that matters.
