Hey ,

At first I just used ordinary freezer bags but I was at the grocery store and

found a couple of tubs that said they were freezer safe and ended up buying them

because I like that kind of organization. But really the freezer bags have

worked perfectly for me in the past and they're definitely less expensive!

I just received my 25 lb order of almond flour from Honeyville today

- What did you put it in to freeze it?

I have both almond and coconut flour in the freezer and I didn't put

them in anything special. The bags were fairly heavy so I have just

used those. Some of it has been there six months (because I can't

bake yet) and it's fine so far.

Mine didn't. I ordered 25 lbs and it came in a large plastic bag but wasn't

resealable, that's why I had to repack it. Well...that and because it's a lot

easier to fit, space-wise, if it's broken up :)

Hi . I generally use Ziploc ® bags to freeze almond flour or pecan flour.

I use freezable canning jars for liquids. If the jar has a shoulder, so that the diameter of the lid is smaller than the diameter of the jar, the jar shouldn't be used in the freezer. If the threads of the lid are in line with the widest part of the jar, so that the jar has no shoulders, the jar can be used in the freezer.

Hope this helps.

Thank you,
