Guest guest
Hi! I thought I'd share a trick that I just love for some of my sauces. It doesn't work as well for mayo since it loses it's creamy-ness when frozen, but I don't eat my condiments fast enough and I don't want to waste them. (If you are feeding a whole family you probably eat your stuff fast enough, but this is great for the " lone " SCDer!!!) So after I make a batch of mayo or spaghetti sauce, I'll put them into ice cube trays. Once frozen I break them out and pile them into a freezer ziplock. When I need some sauce I just grab a few cubes and thaw! Hope this will save some of you time in the future. I know how hard it is to feel like you are always cooking...
