Guest guest
When you order the 25 lb bulk package from honeyville it just comes in one huge, rather thin, plastic bag. You have to put it in smaller packages/bags to freeze or store it. Incidentally, the UPS guys dropped my box and it arrived opened with tiny holes in the plastic bag that holds the flour. I wasn't here when it got delivered. Now I have to file a claim w/UPS and hope they reimburse Honeyville so that I can get a replacement package shipped to me. I don't think we should eat that flour, should we? I thought it might be contaminated or something. Well, yes, if you have a giant 25 lb package of course you must repackage it! Oh dear, too bad about the holes in it and good luck with your claim with UPS. They can be kind of slow sometimes. I don't think I'd want to eat something from a bag that has holes in it, however tiny. How can you know it's not contaminated? Good luck with UPS. One thought. Did you talk to Honeyville? I say this because sometimes some companies will send you a replacement and do the arguing with UPS themselves. But you never know who until you ask.
