Hi- is fermented soy legal? On the Breaking the Vicious Cycle website it seems

that the issue with soy sauce is that it contains wheat.

I have some San-J Organic Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce that contains soybeans,

salt and alcohol. I'm wondering if it is OK. Thoughts? Thanks!
