Do you actually get the flu with the flu shot?

Joey who is 5 years old got the flu shot Wednesday, well of course

because he is high risk. Yet Thursday morning he woke up very

congested, bad cough and a fever. He is very crabby and I can really

tell he feels bad. Could it be from the flu shot? I know lots of

yucky stuff is going around right now, maybe be just caught a bug.

Is there anything to watch for after the flu shot? Any help would be

GREAT!!!!
