Guest guest
The winter months tend to cause problems in Mito kids for several reasons. #1 Increased viruses #2 Increased stress and busyness (school season again, holidays, traveling, the busyness of all the activities... #3 The cold often is hard for Immune compromised individuals, especially those who have a hard time regulating their temperatures Often times just having school causes excessive fatigue issues that cause crashes. Add to that traveling during holidays and all the myriads of viruses with which we are put in contact with, and the fact that our kids tend to be around more people who have these viruses at school and all the other added activities, and it spells trouble. For my girls, just the temperature change seems to affect them. I tend to get achier as well when the temperature drops. I am sure there are other reasons as well, but I hope this helps you some.
