Guest guest
Hi Madonna, Yes, I have seen this several times. There just is not enough publisizing of it for some reason. You never see anything about it on TV or in the papers. It would be nice if they carried it! Thanks for looking. Hugs, Darlene NS Co-Owner/Moderator NATIONAL SARCOIDOSIS DAY, AUGUST 29, 2007 Godd day everyone,I was looking through information to help publicize Sarcoidosis and found this....To focus national attention on sarcoidosis, the Congress, by House Joint Resolution 309, has designated August 29, 1991, as "National Sarcoidosis Awareness Day" and has authorized and requested the President to issue a proclamation in observance of this day. Now, Therefore, I, Bush, President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim August 29, 1991, as National Sarcoidosis Awareness Day. I invite all Americans to join in observing this day with appropriate programs and activities. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth day of August, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and ninety-one, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and sixteenth. Has anyone else ever heard of this? Let me know.Madonna

I'd still like to know how I got it, I was healthy all my life, never in a hospital. Thanks for posting this. RickDarlene Arney wrote: Hi Madonna, Yes, I have seen this several times. Guest guest
Madonna, I just saw your photo. You are gorgeous! Good luck with your show; remember, Oprah's gotta retire sometime. I found another reference to a Nat. Sarc. Awareness Day on 9/24/02. I think I'll ask the folks at FSR about it.
