Pedicures really make you feel sooooo good! Its worth paying for, believe

me! I just love it when they massage your legs from the knees to the

feet......I lie back and close my eyes and savor every moment of it!

hmmmm I may have to get me one of them .....its sounds pretty nice and relaxing....

Oh AJ!!!!! If you have never had a leg massage or pedicure you are in for a real treat! My youngest daughter used to give them to me...she is a licensed beautician and learned how to do that too. Believe me when I tell you this.....its as close to heaven as you will ever get!

I think I need that to relax before surgery...LOL

I just can’t

believe everyone knows my *secret*

indulgence – the thing I do when I need stress relieved, relaxation, and just

to feel… well, a little bit pretty.

My DSH has

insisted I go get my nails done every few weeks for over a year now – just so I

get out of the house (where I also work – some days I don’t even make it out

the door!), and away from probing 4-year old questions (like, “So how do you

know that baby kitties grow up to be grown up kitties? And why do airplanes stay up in the

sky? And are army men for real? Or are they make believe? – all without

a breath inbetween) – just time for me.

Every now and then I splurge and get that pedicure, too. Can there be anything quite as

wonderful? I know there are some

great things in life – but it truly is an indulgence – one without calories

involved!

I love the

little foot Jacuzzi thingey – then the minerals they put in, then the massage –

and to get your toenails painted – without polish all over the place. What more could you ask for?

– the place that I go to get my nails (and pedicures) done has the

European foot spa chair thingeys – they’re awesome! There are easily as many men in there getting their feet

done as women. There’s one elderly

gentleman who comes in on about the same cycle that I do – always gets a

manicure and pedicure. He’s

diabetic so wants to make sure his nails (hands and feet) are in good

condition. I think he’s really

SMART!
